Service and Bookings

Laurie Ann Pearsall and The AutoEphemera Way offers a range of Creative Intelligence mentor-coaching and consulting services, a teaching-oriented coaching approach that helps clients develop creative skills for leadership and life transitions, for individuals and groups, remotely and in person.

Bookings will be completed by the client via Calendly or an accepted email invitation through Google Calendar / Meet from Laurie.

Rearrangement of appointments must be made early as possible, with a preferred minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment. Changes are subject to availability. Requests must be made via email to Laurie at The AutoEphemera Way.

Please arrive to sessions on time. If you expect to be late, notify Laurie via email or her WhatsApp Business line. Late arrival time is not guaranteed to be added at the end of the session. Laurie will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before the session is considered null for lack of attendance. Failure to attend any booked session will result in a forfeit of the paid fees.

If the session is cancelled or interrupted due to conflicts or technical issues on Laurie’s end, you will be offered to reschedule or be refunded for the session.

If either party decides to terminate the contracted service, this must be communicated via email and a call is encouraged as well. See Payment Policy below regarding the forfeit or refund of fees in this case.

Communications

Laurie is available to receive email or WhatsApp communications Monday - Friday between 9am and 7pm Central European Standard Time (Madrid time) and will do her best to reply in a timely manner. Weekend messaging may be appropriate for last-minute cancellations.

WhatsApp Business line (+34 646 80 59 88) communication is reserved for text notifications of a late arrival or cancellation.

Regular text and email exchanges related to mentor-coaching or consultation services are available if offered within the agreed service quote.

Bookings and related correspondence will not be taken through social media channels.

Pricing Structure and Payment

All service packages, ad hoc and one-off sessions are priced upon application/request to ensure customization and variability of the hybrid nature of the services, and confidentiality for the client. Quotes will identify the fees, payment plan and methods, contract length and other specific stipulations.

Payments will be made in advance of services rendered. Payment installments may be available if Laurie agrees to this. If you sign up for payment installments, all Terms and Conditions of Laurie and The AutoEphemera Way apply to your contract.

In-Person sessions may incur additional fees for travel and lodging expenses, didactic materials, as well as the increased time and energy commitment involved. Any applicable in-person fees will be identified in your quote and invoiced in the contract. If in-person sessions are cancelled by you, such additional fees will not be refunded.

Additional services and resources required or requested beyond the initial quote will be communicated and calculated in an additional quote for the project, pending agreement with the client before Laurie carries out the service.

Agreed services will be executed in the timeframe indicated in the contract for each package or one-off service. Offers will expire at the end of the quoted period unless an agreement to extend the time frame for completion is made via email between Laurie and the client.

Extensions of up to two weeks for completion of services during common holiday periods such as December-January and July-August will be indicated in the service quote and agreed on when contracted.

Refund Policy: You are responsible for full payment of the agreed services.

Individual Session Cancellations: If you cancel or miss a scheduled session, you will not be refunded for that session. See Booking above for the rescheduling policy.

Contract Termination: If either party terminates the entire service contract before completion, pre-paid fees for remaining sessions will generally be forfeited. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of termination, such as:

Documented health emergencies

Relocation or major life disruption
-
Mutual agreement that the coaching relationship is not a good fit

Such refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be evaluated at Laurie's discretion.

Responsibilities of the Company and the Client

Laurie at The AutoEphemera Way will make every effort to provide high-quality personalized attention and deliver the services agreed to in the quote within the contracted time.

Laurie is a trained Art and Design educator, Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor, visual artist and writer with many years of experience and supplemental training in those key areas.

Laurie’s services and consultation is designed to promote the growth of the client’s creative skills so that they may apply these capacities to various areas of their life and work.
-
While Laurie’s services focus on repositioning and leadership development, her intention is to accompany the client in their process and to facilitate the acquisition of a creative skillset. Laurie does not prescribe specific directives to the client and therefore does not guarantee specific outcomes. It is the sole responsibility of the client to take actions of their own free will in their personal or professional life.

Laurie is not a medical doctor, psychologist, nor mental health care practitioner and does not provide clinical mental health services. If clinical needs become apparent during the coaching relationship, Laurie will recommend the client seek appropriate professional care.

Laurie reserves the right to pause or terminate services if:

A client's mental health condition prevents meaningful progress in the coaching work
-
A client declines to seek recommended professional support when clinical needs are identified.

Continuing the coaching relationship would not serve the client's best interests
-

In such cases, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and stage of the contract.

Laurie and The AutoEphemera Way is not liable for any loss of business or contracts, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data or resources caused by decisions or developments undertaken by the client during or after entering the agreement for services.

The client will follow all guidelines for engagement and collaboration outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

The client is solely responsible for all decisions or agreements taken at their discretion and at their own risk.

The client is expected to:

Actively participate in the mentor-coaching, consultation, or other project-based services contracted.
-
Complete agreed-upon work between sessions in the agreed timeframe to ensure Laurie has time to provide feedback and/or prepare the following steps.

Collaborate with open and honest communication about their process and progress within the parameters of the contracted service.

Be aware of these Terms and Conditions.

Respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of Laurie Ann Pearsall.

Confidentiality

Laurie will treat the client’s information confidentially and demonstrate professional conduct throughout the delivery of the agreed services.

Recordings or transcripts, if agreed to in a service, will not be shared with third parties by either Laurie or the client.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy at the AutoEphemera Way website to understand client full protections and how your data is handled, for example in the case of third party applications.

Laurie will observe mandatory reporting exceptions such as concern for a client’s harm to themself or others.

If the client agrees to provide a testimonial or be the subject of a case study, it will be agreed in advance what can be shared (photographs of the client or their work, written or printed statements). If agreed, this information can be shared on the website, social media platforms, or in presentations related to The AutoEphemera Way.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery is the property of Laurie Ann Pearsall and The AutoEphemera Way and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of any materials on this website or shared via email or WhatsApp in the context of a service contract is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

Limited sharing permission may be granted by Laurie Ann Pearsall and The AutoEphemera Way, after requested via email through the website. If permission is granted, all attributions and the copyright notice to Laurie Ann Pearsall and The AutoEphemera Way must be included as the source.

Laurie Ann Pearsall and The AutoEphemera Way make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information on the website and in service materials. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and content may be updated over time. Clients are encouraged to verify critical details directly with Laurie.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a complaint or concern about the services provided, please submit it via email to laurie@autoephemera.com. Laurie will respond within 5 business days and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma, Mallorca, Spain.

Laurie Ann Pearsall and The AutoEphemera Way have permission to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to check the most current issue provided on www.autoephemera.com
